  • Duration: 8 weeks 
  • Structure:
    • Weekly recorded group coaching calls (max. 10 participants) of 1 hour.
    • Personalized action plan for integrating slow living
    • Mindful travel planning framework + PDFs
    • Journaling prompts & exercises
    • Access to a private online community for support
    • Monthly 30 minute private coaching calls.
